The coaches responsibility.

• Being responsible for the health & safety of all participants
• Setting a good example by his / her own behaviour
• Being in attendance prior to the arrival of students
• Follow a well prepared lesson plan
• Ensure all participants are active (learning by doing)
• Acknowledge the contribution of each participant during the lesson
• Allow each participant the opportunity to provide feedback during the lesson
